Off the Plan: If you are not on our Website Maintenance plan and get hacked, we offer a cleanup service starting at $250.
How fast are updates handled?
Monthly clients receive top priority. Most updates and requests are handled within 24 – 48 hours.
A Note on Hosting & Eligibility: To ensure high performance, we do not work with GoDaddy “Level 1” Budget Shared Hosting. We require GoDaddy Shared Business Hosting (Level 2) or higher.
Note: Some sites may require a theme cleanup or a new theme install to qualify if the current setup is unstable or lacks a Child Theme.
